Reach movers before your competitors—
and capture storage’s biggest demand driver.

Moving is one of the biggest reasons people rent storage. Design your postcard in minutes — or upload your own — and the moment a home is listed near your facility, it’s automatically printed and mailed to that address. You’re the first storage brand in their mailbox — top of mind, first touch, before they ever start shopping for space.

Free to set up — you only pay for postcards that mail.

Zero effort after setup

A new listing is the starting gun.

A home hitting the market is the clearest signal that a move is coming — and almost everyone who moves needs somewhere to put their things. We turn that signal into a postcard in their mailbox.

Better timing

People reach for storage at a handful of predictable moments:

  • Decluttering to sell a home
  • Moving between homes
  • Downsizing
  • Relocating for work
  • Inheriting a property

Moving is one of the largest drivers of storage demand. Your postcard lands while the decision is still open — not after they’ve already chosen.

Better targeting

Blanket mailers spray thousands of homes that aren’t going anywhere. You do the opposite.

≈ 150 movers — not 10,000 random homes

You mail the 100–200 households that just signaled a move — less waste, far higher intent.

Better filtering

A raw listing feed is full of mail nobody should pay for — vacant lots, builder specs, homes that already sold. Every listing has to clear these checks before a single card prints:

When we measured our own feed, land and new construction alone were roughly a third of raw listings. None of them cost you a card.

Fresh listings only

On the market 14 days or less — and the window is re-checked the day the card mails. Gone stale in line? It's dropped, not mailed.

No vacant land

A lot for sale has no resident to reach. Filtered out automatically.

No new construction

Builder inventory means nobody is moving out. Filtered out too.

Actively for sale

Pending and sold listings don't get cards.

Never mailed twice

Each listing gets exactly one card per facility — duplicates are impossible.

USPS-verified addresses

Every address is verified deliverable before printing. Undeliverable means no card — and no charge.

Set it up in four steps.
Then it runs itself.

This is what shows up in their mailbox.

Physical mail gets picked up, read, and stuck on the fridge — long after an email would’ve been deleted. Every card is built for your facility and sent First Class. Upload your own design, or start from a template.

Questions, answered.

How does AutoPostcard know when to send a postcard?

We watch new home listings around each of your facilities. The moment a home is listed for sale within your radius — or in a ZIP code you target — a postcard is automatically printed and mailed to that address. You don’t lift a finger after setup.

Which listings actually get a postcard?

Only fresh, mailable ones. A listing must be actively for sale and no more than 14 days old — and that window is re-checked the day the card mails. Vacant land and new-construction homes are filtered out (nobody is moving out of either), the same listing is never mailed twice, and every address is USPS-verified before printing. If a listing fails any check, no card prints and you aren’t billed.

How much does it cost?

$1.49 per postcard, all-in — design, printing, and First Class postage included. No subscription, no minimums, and no monthly fee. You’re only billed for postcards that actually mail, in a single invoice on the 1st of each month.

Do I have to design the postcard myself?

Only once, and it takes minutes. Start from a template and add your logo, colors, a photo, and your offer — or upload your own front and back. From then on, every send uses your design automatically.

Can I control how much I spend?

Yes. Set a monthly budget for each facility. When a facility reaches its cap it simply stops sending until the next month, so a bill can never run past what you set.

How quickly does it reach the homeowner?

Postcards go out automatically, right after a listing appears, and mail First Class — typically arriving in 2–5 business days. That puts you in the mailbox early, while the move is still being planned and before they’ve chosen a storage provider.

Can I target specific areas and run multiple facilities?

Absolutely. Target by a radius around each facility or by specific ZIP codes, and add as many facilities as you like — each with its own targeting, budget, and, if you want, its own postcard design.

Is there a contract?

No contracts and no commitments. Pause or stop anytime — you’re only ever charged for postcards that have already been sent.
